Thank you for buying our courses and certifications. We want to ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses, whether for an exam voucher, a partnership program, or online or classroom training courses. As with any online purchase experience, see below for the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the https://www.pmooutsource.com website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of use, and the points below. 

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

Classroom Training/Instructor-led Training 

PMO Outsource Ltd. reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.). 

  • If PMO Outsource Ltd. cancels an event, we will make several opportunities to reschedule at a later date. If a suitable date cannot be arranged, a full 100% refund will be issued to the delegate. 
  • If a participant cancels 15 days or more prior to the event, 25% of the total paid fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the participant. 
  • If a delegate cancels 7 days or more prior to the event, 50% of the total paid fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the delegate. 
  • No refund will be issued if a delegate cancels 7 days or less before the event. 
  • In the case of a discounted product sale, no refund will be given. 

Certification Exam Fee 

  • You can reschedule or cancel your online computer-based exam at any time. Email to support@pmoglobalinstitute.org. Following fees are applicable: 
  • If you reschedule or cancel your exam within 30 days of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee of US $70. 
  • If you reschedule or cancel your exam within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee of US $99. 

Duplicate payment 

A refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 5 to 7 working days after intimation by the customer.
